1. Tomaz Heritage offers you FREE SHIPPING in Malaysia and worldwide. Taxes charges on shipping rates are not included and will be automatically calculated based on your country.

2. The delivery time takes about 2-5 working days, depending on your area and the stocks availability. Postage will only be done on weekdays. Shipment are not done on weekends and public holidays, it will be continued on a working week.

3. Delivery may be affected due to unforeseen circumstances, hence it might take more than 2-5 working days.

4. Tomaz uses Best Express, J&T Express & Pos Laju as our Courier Service. Any other courier preferences (any charges or extra fees) should be bared by the customer.

5. Tomaz will not be responsible for any damages or losses occurred during the delivery.

6. After you have successfully placed your order, you will receive an "Order Confirmation" email in your inbox.

7. Our customer service team will conduct a verification process and will update you via email when your parcel is on the way, along with a tracking number. You can check the status of your parcel at a link provided with your order e-mail.

8. Our courier will collect parcels at 3pm from Monday to Friday. All tracking numbers can be checked within 24 hours, after 6pm on wards.

9. You can only self-pick up your online purchase at our HQ outlet. Not applicable for other outlets.
