Exchange and Returns/Refund Policy

You may exchange/refund your item(s) if the sizing, color or other condition of a product is not suitable or satisfactory for you, as long as it fulfills the T&Cs listed below. Returned items that do not meet any of the T&Cs will be duly declined.

Terms & Conditions:

  • Defect from customer's side will not be bear by Tomaz.
  • Customer allowed to exchange items within 14 days period from received date with validation of order ID and receipt.
  • All Item(s) must be returned in their original condition (new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered) and that all labels and tags are attached (if there is any) including undamaged box.
  • All exchange/refund requests will be processed within 1 - 3 business days upon receiving returned items at our Tomaz Factory Outlet @ USJ 1.
  • Tomaz is not responsible for returned parcels until they arrive at our side. Please retain your courier service receipt and tracking number as proof of return.
  • All items purchased can be exchanged for only one time. If you return an item which was purchased using a voucher code, only the final paid price (after discount) will be refunded. The voucher code will not be re-issued
Extra note for Refund:
  • Orders that are placed from our website ONLY are eligible for refund.
  • The refund process will take within 7-14 working days or more to take effect and be credited back to your provided bank account.

How to return:
  • Return the watch together with its warranty card to Tomaz Factory Outlet @ USJ 1. Kindly provide us the original receiptorder ID number and contact our Warranty team via WhatsApp (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM).
  • Kindly be informed that the repair process will take 2-3 months after we receive your parcel subject to type of repair.
