Exchange and Returns/Refund Policy

1. Tomaz offers you 30 Days Money Back Guarantee to decide if an item is right for you. Applicable to Shoes, Clothing, Watches, Accessories bought from www.tomaz.my only. Gaming Chairs are eligible for 49 Days Money Back Guarantee (Learn More).

2. You may exchange/return your item(s) if the sizing, color or other condition of a product is not suitable or satisfactory for you, as long as it fulfills the T&Cs listed below (not applicable to Gaming Chairs).

3. Returned items that do not meet any of the T&Cs will be duly declined.

How do I make a return/exchange?

An invoice can be found in your parcel, including a Return Slip Form. Kindly fill in the return slip and contact our customer service at customer@tomaz.my or WhatsApp +6017-8778030 (9:00am - 1:00am) for a size exchange. Item(s) shall be posted back to Tomaz Factory Outlet @ USJ 1 together with the courier service receipt, invoice and return slip as a prove.

Terms &Conditions(not applicable to Gaming Chairs):

1. All Item(s) must be returned in their original condition (new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered) and that all labels and tags are attached (if there is any). 
2. All items must be returned in their original packaging including undamaged box.
3. All return/exchange requests will be processed within 3 days upon receiving returned items at our HQ.
4. Delivery fee is to be covered by our customer.  Return fee from our HQ to you is free of charge. 
5. All items purchased can be exchanged for only one time. 
6. If you return an item which was purchased using a voucher code, only the final paid price (after discount) will be refunded. The voucher code will not be re-issued.
7. Tomaz is not responsible for returned parcels until they arrive at our HQ. Please retain your courier service receipt and tracking no. as proof of return.

Refund Policy

1. Tomaz offers refunds to all customers following the 30 Day Return/Exchange period. Only orders that are placed from www.tomaz.my are eligible for refund.
2. Only orders that fall within the 30 days period after purchase are eligible to request for refund for Shoes, Clothing, Watches, and Accessories. Gaming Chair orders are eligible for 49 Days Money Back Guarantee.
3. The refund process will take within 5 working days to take effect and be credited back to your provided bank account.
